Mission

The Virginia DMHMRSAS Statewide Program, in cooperation with Community Service Boards (CSBs), offers comprehensive services (statewide, regional, & local) clinical and consultative services to address the mental health, mental retardation, and substance abuse needs of people of all ages who are deaf, hard of hearing, late deafened, and deaf-blind, and their families.
