Office Of Architectural & Engineering Services


The Office of Architectural and Engineering Services manages capital outlay appropriations and the execution of all capital outlay projects within the Department, and provides direction and oversight to facility support functions, including maintenance, food service, and sanitation at all facilities operated by the Department. This includes the agency administration of the Department's capital outlay program within the facilities and with other State Agencies. Additionally, this Office develops, maintains, and monitors the maintenance, environment, food service, housekeeping, laundry, energy management and related programs at all DMHMRSAS facilities.
